At The LEGO Group, we are looking for a Customer Service Onboarding Trainer based in Monterrey who will inspire and prepare our new Consumer Services Advisors from day one of their career journey.

Your Mission
Design and deliver fun, reliable, knowledgeable, and engaging induction training experiences for new hires, ensuring they start their journey with the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to deliver world-class service.
Start Date: April 27th, 2026
Onboarding Training Period: April 27th – June 29th, 2026
Employment Type: Permanent
Travel: This role may involve some travel requirements to Tempe, Arizona, USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate in-person New Hire Induction Training
- Review and continuously improve training materials
- Design and create engaging onboarding content using strong instructional design techniques
- Collaborate closely with Team Leaders, Resource Planning, and other stakeholders
- Share best practices globally to support continuous improvement
- Role model LEGO values, Diversity & Inclusion, and leadership behaviors
- Evaluate advisor performance and provide real-time coaching and feedback
- Support new hires during their first live customer interactions

This role plays a key part in executing our global onboarding strategy and ensuring every new employee receives a best-in-class welcome experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Certification in Learning & Development or a related field
- Experience within a Customer Service or Contact Center environment
- Good Knowledge of updating and creating eLearning content
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, and MS Teams
- Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to large groups
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Creative and independent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
- Availability Monday through Friday during all training sessions
- Availability to attend in-person sessions in the Monterrey office
- Proven experience delivering training
- Strong knowledge of the full training cycle and instructional design techniques
